Buying on www.emsportandfashion.com is very simple. You: just have to follow the following steps:
1A. Choose the category and subcategory where the product (s) you want to buy is located.
1B. Visualize the product (s) that you are interested in. Through a click you will get an enlargement of the photograph; some products have several photographs. You can also check its description, composition, reference and price.
1C. Select a product, the number of units and add the item to the basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
1D. If you want to continue buying, repeat the process. If you want to place the order, click on the button to place an order to start the purchase process.
1E. Enter all the information requested, shipping and billing adress and make sure they are correct.
1F. Select a payment method: Visa, Paypal.
1H. Confirm the order and proceed, where appropriate, to the payment.

2. In which countries can you buy online?
We make National and International shipments to all countries that are within the European Union, and United States (USA).
3. Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
The photos of the articles that you see on our website are not real images of the product, as they may vary in design size.  The images of the articles that you see on our website are merely simulated, but very realistic with the final result, however, there could be slight changes of tones with respect to the colors, both the article itself and the pattern, but never going too far from what you see on the screen. Still, EM Sport & Fashion is not responsible for the changes in tone in our articles, caused by the configuration that you may have in the display mechanism, and that consequently, may alter the color tones of them.
The sizes of the products in cm or inch are not 100% accurate, being able to vary in some cases.

7. Can it happen that I make a purchase of a product with stock and a message arrives informing us that EM Sport & Fashion does not have it in stock?
-Unfortunately this can happen, because in certain cases, two people can be purchase the same garment at the same time with a limited stock. The items / s are not discounted from the stock of the store until the payment is confirmed. The platform assumes that it is too late to back out and makes the purchase without the stock, leaving one of the users purchasing without stock. In this case, you will receive a message saying that some of the products purchased are out of stock and that this could delay the shipment. In this case, it is the user's decision to wait for EM Sport & Fashion to have it back in stock, or on the contrary, cancel the purchase by contacting us in "Contact us", or through Whatsapp to the number +34 673508061.
8. If there is no Stock how long does it normally take for it to become available again?
-The items that do not have stock are usually available between 2 and 3 business days, for some unforeseen reason, this could be increased in a few days.
9. The schedule to which orders are attended are:
- From Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., you will still be able to continue shopping outside of these hours.
- Excluded weekends and holidays, even so you can continue making purchases outside of these hours.
